Additionally, worked collaboratively with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Japan, end users, and Cisco, that engineered a solution which proved instrumental in generating $28 million in savings from the initial projections, simultaneously managing annual spends exceeding $400 million.

Creating a new Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Program – Entrusted by Northrop Grumman senior management with restructuring $100 million of organized inventory that included auditing and updating all balances, to ensure data accuracy. Subsequently, achieved a 74.6% lead-time reduction on thousands of piece parts, and saved $4.46 million in unnecessary inventory purchases with the vendor stocking the inventory at their facilities, and not charging until it was delivered.

Consolidating Multiple Pricing Schedules: Built and organized a procurement function at several organizations that encompassed creating an Intra-Net site to organize and post all relevant policies, procurement request intakes, strategic vendor pricing, and all inventory balances.
