M.H EBY: Was brought into the company as a production supervisor to directly manage the production process under the Production Manager. Role was to manage and coach two production lines, a machine center, and subassembly pods throughout the company. Focused on the first shift, but was also moved into a role of helping guide and train the supervision of our second shift production as well. Two permanent production lines and 16 subassembly pods. Durabelt, Inc. Hilliard, OH· Production Manager 2016– 2022

Durabelt is a small (60-90 employees) manufacturer of urethane belting primarily used in conveyor applications. Using proprietary robotics and finishing machines, the staff currently produces over 5 million round belts a year, distributed as a wholesaler to nationwide as well as international conveyor manufacturers, industrial retailers, and retailers. Factory located in Ohio, with a sales office in Poland for European sales.

PSB Industries, when I was employed there, was a manufacturer of commercial air dryers for natural gas extraction and other industrial extraction needs, as well as an industrial services provider for national manufactures (GE Transportation, Steris Industries, etc.). Services provided were: light welding, electrical installation, skilled assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of industrial equipment, locomotives, and locomotive engines..

Nectar Services, Erie, PA · Owner/Operator 2002 – 2009

Nectar Services was owned by myself and a partner and was a draft beer equipment retailer, installer, and cleaning service. Operating out of Erie, PA, Nectar had standing contracts for weekly cleaning of up to 60 restaurants, taverns, home systems, as well as the local Arena, a AA Ballpark, and theater. We were an installer of Micromatic products. Developed a proprietary cleaning system for draft systems that was able to maintain a 99.8% sanitization of the product lines, which was well above industry standards at the time.
