Certified Nurse Midwife – Full scope – Working as the primary health care provider in collaboration with obstetricians/gynecologists, with responsibilities that include: Providing direct care and managing the prenatal, antenatal, inpatient and follow-up care for women, including deliveries, while establishing trust with the patient, their significant other and their families. Providing reproductive health services and counseling to patients in the prevention of miss-timed, undesired pregnancy, transmission of sexually transmitted and other gynecologic infections. Facilitated care for trans-persons as it relates to their gynecologic needs relating to assigned female gender at birth.
