Title: One pot synthesis of CuO-NiO nanoparticles using Aegle marmelos fruit extract as its fuel and its antimicrobial activity.

Phytoplanktons studies on Hullikeri lake Koppal district (01/2020): Describing some of major phytoplankont’s observed was Cymbella, Cloestrium, Fragillaria and many more, depth of Hullikeri lake is recorded.

Effect of heavy metal cobalt toxicity on mitotic index of Alliuum sativum (02/2020- 09/2020): For the study of mitotic cells of Allium sativum with different concentration of cobalt salt. Allium species was comparable to the bulbous. Lower water availability, high and low temperatures and air pollution are serious threats directly effect on agriculture, so this was our try to enhance growth rate, water relation, photosynthesis parameters using heavy metals.

One pot synthesis of Cu0-Ni0 nanoparticles using Aegle marmelos fruit extract as fuel and their antimicrobial activity (03/2022-08/2022): Green synthesis of nanoparticles using plant extract chemicals like copper oxide and nickel oxide are synthesised using solution- combustion method characterization was analysed using XRD, SEM, EDS, Elemental mapping. Activity performed was antimicrobial and turned positive using bacterial pathogens like E Coli, Bacillus thuringiensis results appeared was B coli more and Copper showed more bacterial inhibition compared with nickel was more active.
