Completed 6 month refit and then mobilized offshore with portable sat system Sat 14, a 4 man sat system. Worked on Sat 2, which is a permanent sat system on the vessel Cal Diver 2, also a 4 man sat system. Conducted planned maintenance and needed repairs to both systems.

Tube bending, swagelok & flaring, pressure testing and system mobilization & demobilization. Repair & trouble shooting CMU/ECU, Haskel/Burks/Teledyne pumps and Tescom regulators.

Divex Diver Reclaim System, bell launch & recovery, oil fired diver hot water machines.

Air Compressor Maintenance:

Completed ten comprehensive overhauls of Worthington 4500 psi air compressors.

Coordinated quality assurance inspections during critical air system maintenance

Completed several rebuilds on Quincy diving compressors

Performed regular maintenance on roto-screw and deck air compressors

Completed over 40 total rebuilds on Corken compressors

Hydraulic Maintenance:

Performed numerous repairs on 3000 psi shipboard hydraulics systems and components, including but not limited to variable position control valves, multiport control blocks, electro-hydraulic control valves and related electrical subsystems.

Repaired cranes, tool hydraulics, tuggers, ROV, and saturation hydraulics.

Saturation Specific Maintenance:

Performed maintenance and repairs, (including rebuilds) on all Sat System equipment including:

Hot water heaters and boiler units

Kinergetics ECU and REGEN units

Gas Transfer Haskel packages (models AGD-4, AGD-15, and AGD-30)

Hamworthy Reclaim compressors

Williams and James Gas compressors

Teledyne pumps

Corken Reclaim compressors

Numerous and varied hydraulic pump sets and valves

Performed hydrostatic and pressure testing on Perry, Comex, LEXMAR, Mullerodden, Drass, and Drager saturation systems and diving bells in accordance with requisite regulations from the applicable governing body for the system being tested, including US Coast Guard CFR, DNV, ABS, Lloyds, and IMCA regulations.

Performed complete refurbishment of twelve saturation systems, including installation and job site operations aboard a wide variety of diving platform operations, including portable configurations, anchor boats and DP DSVs.

Accumulated over 1000 days of saturation work with divers under pressure (with logged days beginning in 2006) in 8 years working as a Dive Tech.

Well versed in preventative maintenance programs, advanced computer usage and all facets of paperwork required of Systems Technicians.
