I utilized several search engines daily, such as company database, Vivian, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn and many other platforms to find candidates, as well as receive leads of candidates that applied on the company website.

Prescreened and vetted candidates, requested and received their resumes, updated their resumes using company format, discussed pay packages, assisted in updating their skills checklists, requested covid cards, and/or medical exemptions, certifications, such as BLS, CPR, PALS, etc., provided cover letters and whatever additional requirements needed by account managers and healthcare/hospital clients to fill open roles.

Discussed housing and provided links to find housing. Followed up with candidates once an offer was make and accepted and made sure to check in with all candidates that they are on the job and made myself available to contact me to discuss any concerns, and answer any questions they had.
