In this position, I service customers through the phone by helping to assist them with their new or existing reservations. I assist customers with booking flights, hotel reservations, car rentals and booking activities on vacation. I learned how to use different applications such as Microsoft Excel, Maui, ORXe, WorldSpan and several other technologies needed within my job description. This job has taught me how to multitask and service a customer all at once. I believe this job has also helped me to train myself in better ways when it comes to handling specific situations with clients. Whether the client was elated or upset about something, I learned how to treat each customer with respect and empathy.
