I was responsible for renewing licenses, continuing education, training of staff, scheduling, patient advocacy, service recovery, and $13 million in budgeted revenues. Directly market to referring physician practices in the North Central region of Indiana.
Through extensive market segment studies, demographic research, and consultation with experts in the field, I was able to grow the business models 3-7% in procedure volumes annually through 2009. In 2012, through direct physician marketing, our volumes grew 3%, despite the depressed economic status in our region.
Hospital merger caused changes in management and I chose to change directions.
