2. 820-member level Payment processing & Reconciliation project:

(a)Accountable to building process and systems for applying payment and retractions to Facets; creating test scenarios and validation rules for applying payments and retraction to right group.

(b) Oversight of building a reconciliation process based on 820 EDI transactions, subscriber eligibility and identify overpayment, underpayment and orphan members for a given coverage month. Supervised building the logical data models and reviewed and approved the final physical models and implements the entire process end to end.

3. 834 Enrollment Reconciliation project & Pega Command Centers:

(a) Collaborated with public exchanges and FSP (Full-Service Producers) to create business rules for building a monthly enrolment member level reconciliation system. Working with technical partners-built business systems and process to identify create discrepancies report it back to exchanges and create internal Pega work objects for EAB technicians.

(b) process improvement to auto resolve identified discrepancies which was implemented as a later project helped save time and effort that also improved customer service.

4. Accountable success full execution Federal Employees Group (large group with 60k members) class migration project, where more than 30k members were notified via notification letters and defaulted a different Class.

5. EAB & Credit Collections Facets Workflow project: Created business process diagrams using Visio, working with business user’s custom built an end workflow process using Facets Customer service application. This process helps Carefirst track Paper transactions, Manual Claims processing issues and Automated Enrollment Errors. Dashboards are also designed to keep track of productivity and daily open inventory for different functional Areas.
