Job Functions:

Staffing: Partnering with hiring managers & their team to ensure correct fitment of candidates with respect to position, skills and compensation and developing the Job descriptions.

Policy Making: Design, Develop and implement HR policies namely leave, recruitment, exit, travel etc. and handbooks.

Recruitment: Involved in End – End Recruitment lifecycle, take ownership and responsibility for the process, involved in Campus Recruitments too.

Background verification: Conduct background verification to all offered candidates.

Vendor management: Handling vendors, solving queries, conducting meetings, preparing minutes, coordinating regarding the payments etc.

New Hire Orientation: Build an employee orientation program by role to assist employees in understanding organization vision, mission, values, history, structure, safety, security, departments etc.

Training & Development: Involved in preparation of the Annual Training calendar, Training plans, Training schedules, Training implementation, Training attendance, Training feedback collation, Training evaluation and measuring Training effectiveness.

Record Maintenance: Maintaining all HR records namely Employee personnel files, leave records, exit records, terminations etc.

Exit Management: Involved in issuance of relieving letters, experience letters, receipt of the company’s assets, full and final settlement etc.

Performance Management: Involved in end to end guidance on the process of performance appraisal to all the Group Heads for effective results.

Payroll Management: Provide Monthly payroll input to the accounts department generated through greytHR. Disbursement of payslips, IT declarations, resolve all queries related to payroll, Issue of Form 16 and Forms 12B annually and involved in full and final settlement of the employees.

Statutory Registers and Records: Filing of Forms, Returns on various functions such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF & other labour laws, Challans and maintenance of all registers and records.

Insurance Administration: Assisting in renewal of the insurance policy, submission & follow ups for insurance claims.

Employee Counseling: Interact with the employees regularly and report anomalies to the Head concerned.
