EXPERIENCE:

Senior Logistics Manager

Superintendent Aircraft Services - 89th Aerial Port Squadron Joint Base Andrews, MD Jun 2021 to Jul 2023

Planned, managed and directed day-to-day ground logistics support for over 8,000 aircraft missions annually, directly supporting the President, Vice-President, civilian and military leaders of the United States and Foreign Heads of State.

Supervised up to 54 employees and developed long-range training objectives and organizational training requirements, preparedness protocols and action teams for diplomatic, deployment, humanitarian, emergency, state funeral, and federal agency support. Facilitated and built a dynamic, cohesive, innovative and proficient team leading to the 89th Airlift Wing Team of the Year Award 2022.

Engaged leader, rapidly deployed to Dulles International Airport in Virginia to support Operation Allied Refuge/Welcome. Organized and supervised a 22-man logistical team and worked productively with USAID, the Department of State, and other federal and local agencies to establish efficient passenger processing and manifesting procedures for surface and air transportation of 57,000+ Afghan refugees. By establishing clear mission, communications, command and control, and in-transit visibility of airlift, we ensured the safe and timely arrival/departure of refugees to their destinations within two weeks of their arrival. Deployed to New Orleans Int’l Airport, Louisiana within 24 hours of notification to aid in the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. While there, supervised an 11-man logistical team for ramp and passenger operations, establish command and control for airlift in-transit visibility.
