•Management experience supervising a team of over 20 developers, business analysts and testers to implement first version of Property and Casualty processing system after 3-year implementation cycle.

•Built PMO for IT department developing corporate and project governance procedures, technology roadmap, templates, and documentation for scoring, selecting, and executing projects. Reduced number of open projects by 2/3 allowing staff to focus on priority work and increasing the number of projects delivered on time and on budget.

•Managed divestiture of major subsidiary over 2-year period including moving over 300 staff, 50 systems, associated hardware and confidential data. This involved close adherence to GDPR, HIPAA and US privacy regulations to transfer and protect the confidentiality of the data.

EXPERIENCE

Harsco Rail, Columbia, SC 08/23 - present

Harsco builds, maintains, and supports railroad equipment. They are a manufacturer of the equipment. Harsco is upgrading their time accounting system to the next release. This is a short term project (<6 months) and we will go live in early January.

Project Manager

Manage project to upgrade Kronos to UKG WFM Pro. This involves coordinating work of vendor and Harsco and typical PM tasks such as status reporting, risk management, scheduling, testing, and training.

I am responsible for working with the vendor and making sure that both vendor and Harsco stay on schedule and provide deliverables when planned.

Enstar Group US, Columbia, SC 06/17 – 05/23

An insurance consolidator who purchases long term loss portfolios from global insurance companies and processes purchased claims with unique procedures which reduce overall cost resulting in profitable acquisitions.

Coordination of divestiture of subsidiary company including all systems, data, and staff. Acted as single point of contact for the divestiture for external and internal stakeholders.
