Summary of Experience
I have over 24 years of experience in various industries, 16 of which have been facilitating all aspect of lean throughout those businesses. Over the last 5 years, I have conducted diagnostics, kaizen events, consolidation projects, management training, and develop business processes in quality, planning, order fulfilment, and new hire training. I have worked to help clients in Powdered metal, plastics, machining, solar field construction, medical devices, direct to consumer manufacturing, Automotive parts manufacturing, construction materials manufacturing, food manufacturing, and many other industries. The kaizen team scopes have covered 3P, 2P, setup reduction, value stream mapping, 6S, TPM, pick-pack-ship, KANBAN, and production planning. The teams have been comprised of hourly employees on up to C-suite level executives. My effective leadership helped to motivate the team members and draw on their area of expertise. The results of these activities have resulted in an average of 5x implementation cost in annual savings. To help meet the client’s needs, I have also assumed the role of logistics manager and process engineer. My time in the Marine Corps has taught me attention to detail and situational awareness.
