For Crew Coordinator: TO WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES & RULES.

Laise with Approve Crewing Company for selection of suitable Candidate.

Conduct background check and verify Licences for selected Candidate.

In some cases, where necessary, book economical flights from Origin to Vessel Station & visa versa, as usually most times it is the responsibility of the crewing agent for travel ticket.

Gather all Supporting documents to Arrange Visa prior to Arriving Crew or Visa on Arrival at Airport if required.

Notify Immigration, Customs, Port Heath of Arriving / Departing Crew.

Prepare “OK to Board” Letter for Arriving Crew.

Prepare Sign on / Sign Off letters, Notify Immigration & Port Health Authority.

Arrange Airport Pick and transfers to hotel or ship station.

Arrange economical hotel when necessary for incoming / outing crew.

Coordinate with all Stake holders for the safe boarding of crew on / off the vessel.
