Pastry Chef Sous

I began my culinary adventure in Jackson in **** at Stiegler’s Restaurant as a baker and pastry chef. I was the Chef at Nora’s Fish Creek Inn 1988-1991. In 1993 baker pastry chef at Stiegler’s Restaurant. Starting 1995 went to work at Snake River Brewpub tile 2002. I took a culinary adventure to Colorado and worked at Coopersmiths Brewpub in Ft Collins Colorado from 2002- 2004, then took a position at The Old Louisville Inn in Louisville Colorado tile 2004. I was offered a position at Vista Ridge Country Club in Erie Colorado tile 2007. I moved back to Jackson and took the Chef position at Camp Creek Inn till 2009 when the business closed. I started working for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 2010-2013. I worked again at Stiegler’s Restaurant 2013-2015. Teton Pines 2015-2016 until I had a work injury and had to take time off to heal. I started working as a cab driver in 2021 for UVC Transportation till November 2023 when my employer sold his company.
