Tracked incoming products coming to the Supply Department through technical research and external research.
Trained and supervised over 70 people through the United States Marine Corps and received a 100% on the higher level management inspection.
Successfully trained and lead 40 coworkers to promotion which lead to them conducting their own training and leading of coworkers.
Successfully managed the movement of 10,000 items worth 100 million dollars to different positions in the facility with no loss of the inventory.
Introduced the idea of the accountability books in the Supply facility to keep track of products delivered and received from outside sources.
Successfully managed the forklift and trained 3 individuals to their forklift license.
