●Provide phone support for customers that purchase sublimation equipment and blank substrates from JDS Industries. Travel to trade shows and establish positive relationships with sublimation customers and teach classes to attendees seeking further guidance on how to better enhance their sublimation experience. Any additional graphic design needs for the company also fall to our department including creating “mock” logos for the catalog items, helping with the catalog images, ads for trade magazines and templates of our products for customer use.

●Created monthly and custom site graphic assets for television interactive system. These included movie description screens and individual title assets as well as customized graphic assets for individual hotels and hospitals.

●Worked with hotel sites to set up their in-room dining application and also trained them on how to edit their own content. Also trained how to work the tools available to them on our system that delivered information to their guests.

Make extensive work with a primary customer, the NSAF wherein I work with them on their many national track & field meets and cross country meets. I’ve worked in coordination with their main sponsors like Nike and New Balance to create eye-catching graphics that are used throughout the branding of the meet. I’m particularly proud of the Nike Outdoor Nationals meet that’s held in Eugene, OR at Hayward Field and the Indoor Nationals that is held in New Jersey.

AFFILIATIONS

Proud to have served on the Board of Directors for the Sioux Empire Red Cross for 8 years and humbled to be the Board Chair for five of those years. During my time with the Red Cross we organized and held a multi-year event called Red Cross Honors which we referred to as a "red-tie event" where we held silent and live auctions as a fundraiser for the Red Cross as well as honor the local first responders that serve our community.
