Business Analyst I
Huntington National Bank, 5555 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, October, 2021 – September, 2022.
• Data Analytics team member for Huntington Bank’s Process Automation and Operations (PAO) department which is in charge of building and installing several database applications for PAO colleagues.
• Key lead together with one other colleague on all off-site record storage. All document retrieval and storage from other departments of the bank had to have authorization through us.
• Cleaning of Huntington Bank’s off-site record inventory. Conducted a major project to retrieve and know the deposition off all bank document that were retrieved prior to we taking over. This is key for the bank to avoid risk of over keeping documents that had past their retention schedule to mitigate against federal sanctions.
• Processing monthly invoice and doing metrics on storage cost and inventory for all off-site record storage.
• Querying data from both internal and external database sources to derive insights for better business practice.
• Visualizing data with Tableau and data with Microsoft excel, comparative analysis on change of activity and their related cost.
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks, being part of the Data Analytics and Technical Support Automation
