Over the span of 30 years, I have had the privilege to work with some of the most successful and professional organizations such as Hills Construction, T-Mobile, Facility Source, CBRE, JLL, SOS, ATI, MLE\Stratus, Axium Plastics, LLC and Cambridge Companies Design Build.

Design Build tilt up, steel construction, multifamily wood construction… multiple $20,000,000 to $45,000,000 manufacturing and recycling facilities in New Albany Ohio, St Peters Missouri and other parts in USA. From ground up, rehabilitation or a white box or an occupied unit I worked with the necessary contractors to perform concrete, plumbing, framing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression drops, clouds, t1 lighting, low voltage, cat5, mood speakers, drywall, painting, flooring per plan. I sourced additional contractors and negotiated additional scope of work necessary to continue the process of building each project.

Coordinated with Owners, PM team as well as with state and local inspectors and Mall Management.

With my own company I have performed commercial build outs, remodels and maintenance, property maintenance, multifamily and single-family builds, remodeling and renovations. Some of my clients are Dollar General, Barnes and Noble Book Store, Radio Shack, Wall Mart, and Abercrombie and Fitch to only name a few.
