Ferguson Enterprises Kansas City, Missouri Jun 1998-Current I started in the Ferguson showroom scheduling appointments for clients, greeting them when they arrived and once their orders were placed I ordered in the product, whether for a homeowner, builder or plumber. Covering orders I had to source our distribution centers or various vendors. I had to have material covered in a timely manner to make sure it was available for the homeowner, builder or plumber when needed. I had to make sure pricing was correct with our vendors. I then moved to one of our Industrial branches and into operations. I would review stock, directs and cash sale reviews. I would check in, make/approve credits and then contact vendors/reps for RGA's to enter debits for returns.

I also do daily processes on negative items and orders flagged for deletion, adjustments of inventory and order supplies for the branch.

Then I was moved into centralized operations and still doing the same tasks but for 4 branches in our district.
