My ultimate career objective has been to have fun while performing each fundamental responsibility of my career and respect people in each opportunity that I have attained. I have managed to retain many valuable and detailed leadership strategies. My Focus on good customer relations and quality assurance has given me effective decision-making and interpersonal skills. These skill sets have helped me develop a consistent professional attitude, a strong management style and the ability to maintain a total quality work ethic.

Accomplishments

1.Assisted the Sheppard Pratt Health System in achieving a highly favorable JCAHO survey in January 2006 and I created a model that will continue to support the recommendations and requirements for improvement of safety operations.

2.Help create, implement and manage the night shift housekeeping operations at Maryland General Hospital during the local, state and federal government audits conducted in 2004.
