Complete random walk throughs to make punch list for repairs needed. Worked hands on with maintenance staff when needed. Responsible for the preventative maintenance on all equipment, seeing that it is done or doing it myself. Figured material for fabrication,repairs and contractors bids. Built and maintained 25,60, 200,250,320 and 500 BBL portable and stationary mixing units (electric and diesel powered). Changed out centrifugal pumps and electric motors when needed. Set and plumbed several tank batteries for operation. Supervised and monitored roustabout activities (18 at one point). Worked on inventory control for all 10 yards. Performed periodic yard walk throughs for maintenance and safety concerns. Responsible to see that all rolling equipment, DOT and non-DOT, is up to date on inspections and registrations.
