I am writing this letter to apply for the Field Account Manager position at HD Supply. I am located near Tucson, AZ and centrally between the Pheonix and Albuquerque metro areas. I retired 2 and a half years ago due to needed surgery on my shoulder and knee. (Guess I’m getting old) I have a few more good years in me and would be a great candidate for the Field Manager position.
Most recently, I represented a blind company to The Home Depot in the Northern Los Angeles Area. I developed the territory to where it was constantly in the top 10 sales in the nation.
I owned and operated Shades Above LLC, a window covering company in the Palm Springs area. That business operated during the early 2000’s through 2018. That business flourished even in the downturn of the economy in the early 2000’s. I did extensive commercial and contracted work. Experienced in Blue Book and take offs of plans to submit proposals for contracts.
Between businesses I worked for B B Mechanical in northern California to develop their commercial servicing of heating and cooling systems. I took their business from being a “one-man shop” to having 3 service employees, two office and one sales employee. This was all done within 6 months.
I have owned and operated a bioremediation company in the Palm Desert, CA Area treating grease traps for the top restaurants in the area. The business (B&B Enterprises) competed with Darling Delaware in the area. We secured contracts with our clients and became the company that restaurants used for treatment of grease traps and fryer oil reclamation.
