Service Excellence Task Force Leader assigned to remediate eight under-performing multi-year complex Outsourcing programs. These engagements had a total contract value of over $200M. Successfully nurtured underperforming engagements to profitability by applying Six Sigma Lean (SSL) DMAIC method & in the process increased client satisfaction.

Lead integration of two internal business units: Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services, to create single unit with over $2 billion in annual revenues and over 27,000 employees globally – this integration delivered annual savings of $70 million annually for the company and optimally positioned the company to be the provider of choice in End-End ITO (Desk-top to Cloud) and BPO services. Successfully completed five SSL projects that generated $45 million in efficiencies by re-engineering 2,600+ personnel Infrastructure Services field workforce by implementing automated scheduling and routing.
