EXPERIENCE:

Program Coordinator Assistant III - National Institutes of Health; Bethesda, MD April 2012 – Present

Serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for communications and inquiries regarding office programs all while supporting a team of five doctors/Scientist including PI’s. I also supported a team of 30 in a lab setting while working in the Intramural department. Assist with the on-boarding of new employees and associates to include arranging for office space, phones, and computer accounts prior to arrival; organizes and coordinates staff meetings and conferences via Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams and even create Doodle Polls. Responsible for planning travel utilizing the Concur/CGE government system and processing authorizations and expense reports/vouchers of domestic, foreign, local and sponsored senior level staff including Division Directors, Staff Scientist and PI’s. Track the status of action items in a detailed spreadsheet, prepare documentation including personal and sensitive information for guest researchers’ appointments/renewals; prepare for and execute out-processing/offboarding actions prior to the departure of exiting employees, associates and fellows. Responsible for tracking time and attendance of immediate staff utilizing the ITAS government system and assist with extracting pertinent details from written publications to a detailed spreadsheet. Gather quotes when necessary to obtain equipment/aquisitions or office supplies through the POTS system. Manage Program Analyst and make sure their day to day obligations are met.
