• Orchestrated training, development, and coaching/mentoring of the Oak Hill Fab (OHT) and Austin Technology Manufacturing Center (ATMC) in all aspects of NXP Way (Continuous Improvement) that reflect our learning from Toyota culture and underlying methods.

• Successfully deployed a new cell structure on factory floor in two factories (900+ people), in addition to leading 10 Senior Leaders through the Quality Control Circle (QCC) process.
