and decision unusual/complex transactions both FHA & Conventional
financing In order to meet individual consumer & company requests. The
products include various Investor/industry guidelines Conventional &
FHA inclusive of complex underwriting to $750,000, reviewing financial
statements, credit reports, and applicable ratios (i.e. debt ratios,
loan-to-value); examining transactions to ensure accuracy and
completeness; analyzing & applying risk evaluation, ensuring that
