HRIS Projects:

- Integrated our HR data from our ERP system into electronic onboarding forms

- One of the leaders of our implementation and transition from ADP to UltiPro payroll system.

Data and Reporting:

- Provided our executive team with a visualization of our turnover weekly

- Provided our HR and executive team with a slideshow monthly of various HR data points

- Responsible for working with our Payroll provider, Time and attendance provider, Talent acquisition provider to create advanced reports that would fit our requirements.

- Created and maintained various reports including benefit information, payroll information, and LMS information.

- Worked closely with operations, accounting, IT, safety, and our HR team to create new custom fields, or update/clean up our current data in the system to streamline reporting. Security:

- Created and managed various security profiles for over 50 HR representatives, our safety department, accounting, operations teams, and executive teams. HR Projects

- Moving all of our paper forms into digital using ImageNow (now Perceptive Content)

- Learned how to code in HTML and JavaScript

- Worked with HR leaders on how exactly their process is and what we can do to make it easier on them and how they introduce the materials to our future employees

- Presented this project at the ImageNow conference in Las Vegas to other HR professionals

- Implementation of an Learning Management System (LMS)

- Worked with a software company and negotiated back and forth with pricing for a standalone LMS that our company could use for internal training

- Worked with subject matter experts across our 40 manufacturing locations to identify and create lessons that our team members could take to learn more about their job

- Learned and used Articulate storyline to create courses

- Setting up Kiosks

- Negotiated and presented multiple options of a standalone kiosk that would be locked down by IT but it gave our employees somewhere to view ADP, Safety, LMS, and Benefit information. It also gave them somewhere to print paystubs or anything else.

- I was responsible for coordinating and shipping 60 kiosks across the United States. We had 50+ locations from Georgia to Idaho.

- I created the web design of the kiosk website working with our HR and Marketing teams

- I worked with IT to make sure when the kiosks got there they were plug and play and nobody had to do anything to set them up

- Getting new time clocks

- We wanted to get more time clocks, but they were $2500 a piece. I worked with our time and attendance vendor, and our internal IT team to come up with a solution that utilized touch screen tablets.

- I negotiated and worked with a vendor to find manufacturing and mounting cases

- I worked and tested them with our HR teams, IT teams, and Time and attendance vendor

- I was responsible for shipping over 200 new time clocks out to 60+ locations

- ADP Implementation

- Our company had grown from about 4,500 employees to 7,000 and we needed a more robust payroll system to handle all of our needs

- I was responsible for that transfer, setup, security, and reporting all of our legacy information to the new ADP payroll suite

- ADP Maintenance

- I was responsible for all of the communication between our team and ADP for most issues and resolutions

- Payroll had their own leader that took care of that side

- I maintained the data integrity for all of the separate modules we used in adp

- ADP Reporting

- I created and maintained all reports, including payroll reports, and would be the one responsible for talking to ADP to create a custom advanced report if we could not figure it out

- Transformed our turnover reporting into something presentable to our manufacturing executive team so they could take better more guided actions to reduce our turnover

- Put out monthly HR demographic data that included turnover YOY/Month/Quarter and added in safety statistics.

- Used knowledge of SQL to make joins that the reporting system wouldnt create automatically

- Utilized the ADP forums to help make adjustments to reports that were hard to get figured out

- Worked with our legal team for SOX reporting

- Did all EEOC reporting for our company

- UKG Implementation

- I was the main lead on implementation of UKG

- I was responsible for data integrity and finding interesting ways to build upon our existing structure

- I learned how UKG reporting, security, data maintenance, etc worked

- Survey Monkey

- I was responsible for using survey monkey for our entire company and setting it up so they can ask their department or otherwise a survey and give them good feedback

- Recruiting and Onboarding Implementation

- I was the lead implementation of getting a new TAS and Onboarding platform to turn our paper forms digital (due to us using different software we had to scrap the original plan)

- Negotiated and investigated a number of TAS and Onboarding platforms and communicated and set up demos for our team of what everything would look like to make a decision our team would know and like to use.

- I was responsible for helping our HR team acquire our new companies as we grew

- If there was a way to mass import data into ADP from the companies other system we did

- I learned a number of different types of payroll systems from smaller companies so we could compare data or use their data to make it look like ours

- I was responsible for being the “translator” between our HR team and our IT team. If our HR Executive would ask if something was possible, it would be my job to research all possibilities and present them with a case of why or why not something would work. This was a wide range from kiosks to implementation of new payroll systems.

- I was responsible for pushing our HR team to use more technology and make sure what we were doing was the most efficient

- I have made 3-5 year timelines about what is upcoming and how much bandwidth we’re going to have and plan around open enrollment, year end, slow times etc

- I have taken a number of kaizen classes to get as much out of our system that we possibly can

- I’ve worked with everyone from the C-Suite down to the on the line workers to come up with a solution that could be an advanced excel workbook, to moving a timeclock from one spot to another to help congestion

- I would frequently write SOPs for our HRIS systems and would lead classrooms of 50+ HR representatives on how to use the system or how we are changing a process in our department
