Currently, different applications are built on top of the PARIS3 data to access the data which makes it more cumbersome and results in low performance to data retrieval. The CDS ensures that the access to the Plan and Participant data is consistent based on the object model.

The CDS should be built in a way that is secure, robust, provides high performance and integrity. Data from different Credit SORs (System of Records) like HELMS, FDR, MSP, SHAW etc., Deposit SORs like Hogan, ACH, FCP, etc. and Dispute SORs like e-Oscar, EWS, IRIS etc. are ingested into the Data Lake. Has the ability to ingest millions of records on a daily basis with detailed logs for all the failed data operations that give scope for data correction. Perform the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process and then push the data to the data warehouse for further reporting and analysis of the data.
