Work Experience

Construction (building 3 story 3,000 sq. ft home); during the gap in my work history from March 2016-August 2019 I built a house for my family and I. I built the house from the ground up including but not limited to; the dirt work for the foundation using heavy equipment, dozer, backhoe, and loader. Buried septic tank, leach tank, and heating oil drum(500gal), etc. I poured a monolithic slab, Fox Block for the first floor, which included installing rebar and concrete tied to the slab. Framing from second floor to an A-frame roof and installed tin sheet panels, snow stops, and gutters. electric which entailed installing a yard pole, wiring the breaker box, running cables and installing outlets, recessed lighting, and up to 4 way switches. Installed Cat6 and coaxial cable to two locations in every room. All CAT6 and coaxial cables run to a central location using a splitter and router to provide service to all rooms. Plumbing from the well, to pressure tank, water softener, on demand water heater and hydronic heating combo broiler. Plumbing using a combination of copper manifolds and PEX pipe. All finish work; sheetrock, mudding/taping, texture, painting, trim. doors. Hard wood, laminate, and tile flooring. Installed outdoor vinyl siding panels, windows and window frames. Installed garage doors, including torsion springs and jack lift garage door openers.
