Houston Co. Department of Human Resources (May, 2009 - December, 2015).Case Management. Performed duties related to the Foster Care System and stabilizing disruptive events to maintain safety of children within a home setting. Filed Dependency petitions in Juvenile Court. Participated in placement of children into Foster Care. Promoted to supervisor, where over 20 people were supervised at any given time. Engaged in Court Proceedings, as a Court Liaison for Houston Co. Juvenile Court. Completed Home Studies and presented them to court. Testified as needed. Taught Foster Care Training, and licensed foster homes through the State of Alabama.

Helped to implement the Nursing Program at the Facility, to help ensure needed services for clients.
