Contract Programmer Mckennan Hospital, (5/91 -7/91); Programmed the Insurance Impact Study for Presentation Health System using Foxbase+ running on MS-DOS operating system. Software Specialist Satellite Movie Co, Sioux Falls SD (6/90 -2/91); Programmed in FORTH on a Z/80 processor under a proprietary operating system. Researched operating systems and database management systems. Researched and developed graphic systems. Organized and implemented a laptop program and trained the technicians how to use laptops with such software packages as Procomm, Serial Test, etc. Wrote a laptop manual to supplement training and inventory control. Worked with many hardware devices including, data line monitors, net controllers, break-out boxes, modulators, NTSC I/O devices, etc. Programmer/Analyst South Dakota Dept of Health, Health Lab, Pierre SD (9/87 - 1/90); Converted COBOL system to multi-user Foxbase+, systems converted include medical, environmental and forensic lab sections. In reference to the IT Specialist (INFOSEC) position you have open I would like to apply. In May of 1987 I graduated from Augustana College, Sioux Falls SD with a B.A. in computer science. I received an over all GPA of 3.3 and grade point of 3.6 in my major Past experience in working with private enterprise, educational institutions and state government using IBM mainframes, IBM minicomputers, and PC LANs for twenty years has given me a background which, I believe would make me a very effective member of your organization. My background consists mainly of working with PC LANs. Also, I have experience in setup/operations of main frame to mini/PC communications software. I am also knowledgeable on crypto currencies. In addition, my experience in such areas as systems development, banking, college instructor, end user support of software applications will give me the ability to handle any training or software/hardware trouble shooting. I also have experience working with a variety of hardware control/measurement devices in addition to PC hardware assembly and repair.

I realize there is a time gap in my work history, however, I had some family issues I had to deal with. In short, everyone in my immediate family passed away, and I would end up being the executor, and/or taking care of them before they passed.
