o Assist Capital Assets and Accounts Payable department in clearing up month end, period end

and quarterly end invoice discrepancies that have not been resolved

o Consolidating of back-up paperwork to be sent to the Scanning department to be filed into

Metaviewer for tracking purposes

o Acts as back up Receiver for Construction Department when their Receiver is out
