The Recovery Support Administrator (RSA) is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. The RSA provides support to the Executive Director and staff by handling correspondence, managing calendars, and appointments, arranging conferences, conference calls, managing intake and client survey processes, ensuring offices are always functioning and operable.
