Fleet: de Havilland Canada Dash-7, de Havilland Canada Twin Otter, Beech King Air 250, de Havilland Canada Turbo Otter, Cessna Caravan.

OVERVIEW

Reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Facilities Maintenance Maintainer will be responsible for:

• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance to reduce unscheduled breakdowns.

• Coordinate routine maintenance.

• Perform maintenance tasks and physical hands-on work.

• Coordinate maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking areas of all facilities.

• Ensure compliance of all safety standards.

• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision;

• Valid Canadian driver’s license

• Strong organization, communication and self-motivated with solid decision-making skills.

• Ability to use tools, table saw, tape measure and hand tools.

• Basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and electrical knowledge and skills. COMPENSATION:
