EXPERIENCE:

ASRC Energy Services - HCC: (July 2008 through July 2023)

Operations Manager, responsible for up to forty projects each year with a value from $50,000 to $8,000,000; additionally responsible for maintenance work on the Valdez Marine Terminal as well as the Warehouse and Equipment Shop. Responsible for upwards of 250 personnel during summer construction season.

Direct the execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contract documents

Ensure strict compliance with Corporate and Project safety programs and goals

Assure compliance with project construction safety and environmental standards.

Define and prepare project scopes of work, estimate cost and assist with schedule estimates, alternative evaluations and engineering designs.

Understand and ensure adherence to applicable codes and regulations, client standard operating procedures, management of change and corporate standards.

Prepare all appropriate calculations, plans, documentation and recommendations to include hydro test planning, developing lifting plans, developing field work plans and monitoring daily construction activities.

Write weekly status reports and submit to Project Manager for inclusion in client reports.

Function as a technical expert to project field team for interpretation of various codes, laws and regulations.

Ensure vital and important records are retained and kept current for inclusion in document turnover packages.

Frequent communication with project field team leaders and client supervision.

Prepare all as-built drawings for official project documentation turnover to client.

Complete estimates for projects, generate design change request, change orders, and other documents as needed.

Order and track materials, interface with vendors to locate needed

materials and equipment.

Generate procedures to outline scope of work, participate in Safe

Operating Committees in order to review procedures, offer comments and

complete editing of procedures.
