Trained in VAS as a packer. Occasionally will go back to packing during busy times. Currently averaging 124 rate for LM.

In July I was moved to the Main Sorter Jackpot. After being trained I made some observations on the process. I made some small changes and increased the efficiency of the process, letting the sorter do the work rather than palatizing and pulling pallets of product around the building. These changes also cut down on jams coming off the shipping lanes. Increased productivity and decreased labor in multiple departments.
