Power System Operator with the City of Columbus Division of Power. I was responsible for monitoring SCADA Computer Screens to insure the reliability of the electrical grid. I was responsible for writing switching orders, dispatching line crews, and assisting them in restoring power to affected areas. 05/2021 to 11/2023.

Call Center Associate for First Energy, I took inbound calls from customers assisting them with billing, metering questions, and providing outage information for them throughout ten operating companies over ten states. 02/2020 to 05/2021.

Call Center Associate with Maximus (in Denver, Colorado) I took inbound calls assisting medicaid customers with understanding their benefits package as well as assisting them in updating their packages. 10/2019 to 12/2019.
