VFD, Battery charger & Motor etc. Electrical Work & Planning Strategies.

In the Annual Shutdown involve in major roll as per micro schedule for checking as per protocol for calibration & healthiness of Generator, Protection relays, AVR, Power & Auxiliary Transformers, Breakers- HT & LT, Motors-HT & LT, 132 kV Switch Yard, HT & LT PCC and MCC and Planned modification.

Planning for Preventive – Predictive Maintenance.

Interaction with related Vendors

Follow-up with Purchase Department.

Inventory and cost control.

Involved in E & T program and participate in training Schedule & Sharing.

Managing the shift Manpower and allocate manpower as per plant requirement.

Prepare the monthly schedule for Planned Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Daily Power Generation Report, Auxiliary power consumption report for MIS.

Conduct frequent routine checks around the unit to observe any abnormalities in the unit.

Work in NOW software like as purchase order raising, match for the best selection, taking offer letter of many manufacturers with the catalogs for cheap and the best for plant stability then taking follow up for the same.

Involve in power saving scheme.

Responsible member as a section K.K. Pillar head in 5s, TPM and do more than one kaizen for plant betterment.

Fully responsible in shutdown Maintenance & No. of small project.

Conduct frequent routine checks around the unit to observe any abnormalities in the unit.
