This consisted of managing and answering an average of 150-200 customer inquires per day through the use of different communication tools such as Call Center/ Management software, scheduling and managing proper phone coverage and email responses. Much of my day to day tasks were targeted towards managing and performing duties in an effort to not only convert new customers, but also to increase the retention rate of current accounts.
