PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Postdoc, 03/2022 – Actual

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany – CDD

Project: Circular FoodPack

I am working on the Circular FoodPack project. I have synthesized several nano and micro luminescent materials via different techniques. Complete structural and optical characterizations have been performed for these materials. The objective of this project is to produce a unique label based on the studied luminescent materials. In the meantime, some of as-prepared vanadate samples have been delivered for printing application and molybdate materials for primary thermometer application.

Scientific papers in progress: Seven papers, four of which I am the first author. Cotutelle Thesis, 06/2018 – 06/2021

University of Sfax (Tunisia) – Uniersitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain) Project: Development of new materials and devices with optical probes for biosensor applications

Micro and nano-synthesis of luminescent vanadate materials.

Development of Ln doped/ co-doped rare earth vanadate to be used for thermometry, primary thermometer and phosphor applications.

Study of single and dual emission luminescent materials for temperature sensing.

Full study of the host material, element concentration, excitation wavelength and power density effects on the structure and crystal field, on the luminescent properties and on the optical temperature sensing performances.

Calibration of Primary and secondary optical temperature sensors.

Generation of multi-color visible lights using ultraviolet and near infrared excitations. Tunable and white light emissions.

Scientific papers: Three published, one submitted and two under writing. Teaching practical works in physics, 12/2017 – 05/2018 University of Sfax, Tunisia – CDD

I gave classes in practical physics (electronic and optic) for Bachelor students. TRAININGS
