Over 46 years of Logistics experience, half of which is Acquisition Logistics and Configuration Management experience. Experience ranges and comes from being a retired U. S. Government Contractor, Sr. Acquisition/Logistics Management Analyst; Configuration Management Analyst; & Industrial Base Specialist, September2017 – May 2023 As a senior analyst supporting Government programs, developed and implemented a comprehensive product support strategy for the weapon systems. Ensured CM plans were completed and updated as applicable for weapon systems. Used appropriate predictive analysis and modeling tools that could improve material availability and reliability. Ensured achievement of desired product support outcomes through development and implementation of appropriate Product Support Arrangements (PSAs). Adjusted performance requirements and resource allocations across Product Support Integrators (PSIs) and Product Support Providers (PSPs) as necessary to optimize implementation of the product support strategy. Periodically reviewed PSAs between the PSIs and PSPs to ensure the arrangements were consistent with the overall product support strategy. Prior to any change in the product support strategy, or every five years, whichever occurs first, revalidated any business-case analysis performed for the strategy. Ensured that the product support strategy maximized small business participation at the appropriate tiers. Ensured that PSAs for the weapon system(s) described how such arrangements would ensure efficient procurement, management, and allocation of Government-owned parts inventories in order to prevent unnecessary procurements of such parts. Made a determination regarding the applicability of preservation and storage of unique tooling associated with the production of program specific components; if relevant, included a plan for the preservations, storage, or disposal of all production tooling. Analyzed the logistical data of Joint Theatre Logistics (JTL) to rationalize a better logistics IT collaboration and communication between systems. Responsible for operational test and evaluation

(OT&E) and Information Assurance (IA) relating to the Coalition Theatre Logistics (CTL), Joint Theatre Logistics (JTL) systems, and portions of the Joint Logistics (JL) functionalities within GCSS - Joint. Subject matter expert (SME) in logistical efforts and activities associated with the acquisition, integration, and fielding of support systems/equipment, weapons systems/equipment, and system modifications for the Marine Corps and/or other services.
