Start everyday with a pre-shift huddle meeting for all employees explaining all daily goals, what lines are priority, and what needs to be done in case of any machine downtime. Also go over previous days numbers, scrap reports and all other vital information needed to get day running correctly. Assign all employees job duties and lines with be running production daily. Work with logistics to set up trucking schedule to ensure all trucks in and out efficiently as possible.
