WILLIAM MERRIMAN
PROFILE
My goal is to help lift people in organizations and companies to new heights. During my first manager job, I took the store from last place of twenty-three stores to the top one. At the Post Office, I helped in the Plus Four zip code program by tweaking the Grove City database. At Lowes, I trained temporary assemblers each spring. My men’s non-profit organization elected me to a leadership position three years after I joined. Both of my two years in that office, the council received a top national award. It had been nine years since the council won that award. I now oversee six councils, after the Ohio State Council asked me.
