At a full performance level, employee leads and participates in the ordering, receiving, recording, storing and shipping of materials for the storeroom. Employee will function as a working supervisor; duties will include reconciliation of physical and documented inventories, monitoring volume of supplies, maintaining records of purchases, transfers, and invoices, possessing and auditing P-card holders in the district to ensure compliance with established procedures. Employee will be required to complete performance appraisals, approve sick and annual leave, make recommendations and be held responsible for the performance of those employees supervised. As a supervisor this employee will interpret and apply departmental policies and regulations for purchasing supplies and materials.
