SUMMARY:

I am a Navy veteran that is seeking employment in a position that would utilize my experience in maintenance, manufacturing and supervisory roles. Most of which, was as a senior manufacturing technician at Intel Corporation. I have been a lead person on new technology processes or new product introductions. I have been in an interim manager position with full manager discretion during a period when area manager was assigned to a different area. I have been an OEM vendor field service engineer. In that position I was tasked with responding to customer issues, performing installs, supplier qualifications and maintenance on a variety of equipment. I have developed and written maintenance procedures. I have trained team members on the implementation of those procedures. Safety is a main concern of mine. I have taught hundreds of safety classes over the last years (Living in an Injury Free Environment, Control of Hazardous Energies and Electrical Safety) to name a few. I was the lead on a Job Hazard Analysis team performing the Environmental Health and Safety annual review for the last three years at Intel.

Zipline Real Estate Investors:

1/2015 - Present: Owner of Zipline Real Estate Investors. I am providing housing solutions in the greater Phoenix area. Currently finding and rehabbing homes for resale. On these projects, I have been owner and general contractor. I personally have done 90% of all the interior work on my latest rehab.

GT Advanced Technology:

1/2014 -10/2014: Maintenance Technician II

Systems Validation Team – Tasked with verification of the sapphire growth furnaces post install / pre- production capability. This included validation of the vacuum system and all components, electronic control system, software updates and the furnace’s electrical heating components. System Maintenance Team – Tasked with the schedule / unscheduled maintenance and repair of the GT Advanced Technologies sapphire growth furnaces.

INTEL :

2004 - 2013: Back End - Thinfilms - Carbon Doped Oxide (CDO) Seed technician for the transfer and ramp to High Volume Manufacturing of current 32nm process technologies from Portland Technology Development to Chandler, AZ manufacturing sites. *Done during 2 different technology changes.

Once in full production, the priority changed to Sustaining, Maintenance and Process Specialist technician for the current CDO process. Utilized data analysis tools SQL and JMP. I was an equipment trainer for the Arizona site and the Portland, Oregon ramp personnel. I performed Supplier Equivalency training for Intel technicians at the ASM Phoenix site. *5 total class sessions of a week long.

I was a maintenance procedure editor, during PTD training assignment, on the ASM Eagle 12 Preventative Maintenance documentation. *Performed a complete rewrite of the Annual Preventative Maintenance Document.

I personally designed 3 equipment modifications for personnel safety during routine maintenance procedures.

Lead technician and team leader on the annual Job Hazard Analysis team for OSHA/EHS compliance in the CDO area. *Gave the wrap up presentation to Factory Management and EHS on the findings for 3 consecutive years.

Filled in as acting Group Leader (area supervisor) and acting Process Engineer during their absences. 2004 - 2006: BE – Thinfilms – CDO

Seed technician for the transfer and ramp to HVM of 300mm process technology from PTD to Chandler, AZ Fab 32. * This was the initial implementation of this technology. Filled in as acting Group Leader (area supervisor) and acting Process Engineer during this process ramp down to closure. I was an equipment maintenance and operations trainer for all shifts in the CDO area at Fab 32. Participated in a training assignment in Chandler, AZ Fab 22 HDP module prior to the seed assignment in PTD to learn the plasma doped process equipment.

1997 - 2004: Control Collapse Chip Connect (C4) also known as flip chip - Pb/Sn Electroplating I was a Seed technician at Santa Clara, CA Fab D2 for transfer and ramp of the C4 plating process to Chandler, AZ Fab 12 using the Electroplating Engineering Japan electroplating tool. Supplier equivalent certified technician on all plating cluster tools, excluding metrology tools. * Travelled to Japan for this 2 week training on the electroplating tool. While at Santa Clara, CA Fab D2 was the primary trainer for subsequent Chandler, AZ Fab 12 personnel, including engineering for the operation and maintenance of the plating tool. * Personally trained 2 engineers and 6 technicians prior to returning to Arizona. 1995 - 1997: Chandler, AZ Fab 12 Gold / Grind: Started up F12’s Gold Grind module. Expertise was on the Shibayama Backside Grinders and MRC Gold sputter tools. Started with Intel during the startup of F12 and 200mm process technology and have continued through the 300mm Copper technology.

PRIOR TO INTEL:

Test Analysis for General Electric Nuclear Energy Division. Experience was in set up, operation, testing and analyzing flow induced vibration data on nuclear reactor components. Data was used to correct component failures caused by flow induced vibration. First Grade Steam Engineers license for the City of San Jose, CA. US Navy Vietnam Veteran, 4 years military service with experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of 1200 p.s.i. superheated steam marine propulsion power plants and all auxiliary equipment. Semiconductor Industry Experience:

All positions prior to Intel required the ability to perform the following skills: equipment installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting with little to no direct supervision on customer sites. Xynetics Field Service a Unit of General Signal:
