Contract reporting: Provided a better understanding of impacts that may occur by creating documentation, graphics reports about the different types of contracts available to the clients.

Data handling: Provided proof of data mishandling by another telecom company thus saving the company 120k € by monitoring financial and “calls registry” data.

Business performance: Improved our ways of functioning through providing KPI’s and business performance reports.
