Wi2Wi, LLC is a manufacturer of wireless technology solutions (Internet of Things (IOT)) that purchased Precision Devices, Inc. in November of 2014. Lead designer of RF & Microwave filters used in RADAR, medical, and other systems throughout the world. Responsible for streamlining the production of the filters on a multi-year projects exceeding $800k. During the production of the filters, reduced the production time by over 30% to bring the average build time of each filter to less than 30 minutes. Directed the purchasing of materials to maximize cost savings while minimizing shipping costs and inventory management. Responsible for reducing the average Bill of Materials cost by over 25%.

Trilithic, Inc. is a manufacturer of cable television test equipment. Until February of 2014, the company manufactured RF & Microwave components, i.e. filters, attenuators, switches, & subsystems. Lead engineer on a project for Boeing to create a test system for aircraft calibration. The system consisted of filters, switches, attenuators, and amplifiers. All used to measure the emissions within the aircraft while in flight. Other applications that the product was used were RADAR, guidance, MRI, and communications. Trilithic, Inc. sold the division in January of 2014. During time as Director, the group grew from sub-$1M to over $6M in annual sales. With the Director of Operations, co-lead the team in efficiency improvements, operations & processes, and cost reductions. Developed strategies that lead to a reduction of average assembly time per filter from over one hour to less than fifteen minutes.
