$40,000 with $100,000 in yearly savings from staffing, rework, and quality improvement.

Redesigned Oxygen Sensor production lines to improve material flow, operator work balance, scrap handling, work stations, and 5s using Arena simulation software, collaboration with engineers and operators, and lean manufacturing tools. Resulted in increased quality, several thousand-dollar annual scrap reduction, reduction in operator work, and improved material flow through standardization.

Created Bosch Production System presentations for employees to better learn and implement lean manufacturing principles.
