Responsibility & Skills:

Assist Shift Supervisors in directing and supervising Operations Department and other personnel to ensure the facility is operated and maintained in a clean, safe and efficient manner.

Serve as technical advisor to on shift personnel.

Act to implement Operations Department special initiatives and collateral programs as required.

Operates and maintains the plant through the MHI DiaSys DCS System and other controls

Maintains and enforces company policies and procedures, environmental compliance, and safety and health requirements.

Working closely with Client Commissioning Manager/Team to ensure necessary support.

Overseeing the commissioning and supervising the control room.

Attending/partaking in daily progress meetings with Commissioning Engineer ensuring alignment of commissioning execution i.e. two weeks forecasting. Includes working with Senior Technicians to plan work scopes.

Ensuring client personnel adhere and meet project HSSE objectives including supporting Client Management Team and Client HSSE Management. Raising Permits to Work and following LOTO process.

Identifying Workscope efficiencies based on execution methodology /sequence.
